Anexo bar, restaurant & club is ideally situated in the heart of Clerkenwell on the corner of Tummill Street & Clerkenwell Road – just two minutes from Farringdon station. Our Verdict/Review:
Great deal for some Spanish food from Annexo, as its 60% off any food from their a la carte menu, valid 7 days a week and all day. It is also one voucher per person instead of per couple, so for £16 you can definitely have a very filling meal at Annexo.
However, reading the two solitary reviews on Qype, it seems like its better as a bar than a restaurant, and that the food quality has deteriorated. It is located next to the Turnmills club, which could be a reason why its so jammed pack with drinkers in the evenings and weekends for those looking to loosen up before raving.
I would say that this deal would probably work best if you’re looking to go for a lunch during the what would be quiet afternoons at Annexo, or if you’re just looking for some Spanish grub to fill up on before partying at Turnmills or another club nearby.
