Get a haircut, a facial, and a good hot towel shave at O Spa London, which is peculiarly based in the Austin Reed store on Regent Street. We’re not complaining – Regent Street is convenient, and Austin Reed is almost smack in the middle, plus it would kill two birds with one stone to get a beauty treatment afternoon and also pick up a few new shirts at the same time.
Pricewise, the deal price seems good value, as a good haircut nowadays costs £27 or more. However, I question somewhat the RRP of £119. That’s just ridiculous from O Spa London!
Valid for 6 months and 7 days a week, its a perfect self-treat for the urban metrosexual or for the girlfriend who desperately wants to give her boyfriend a head makeover. O Spa London are also very frequent deal offerers on group buying websites, so I have don’t think they’ll have any problems coping with high volumes of appointments either.

DO NOT PURCHASE. I bought a simialrly discounted OSPA deal. They were finding new and innovative ways of finding a way not to honour it. Would send them mails and not get a response for weeks. Would call their “customer care” helpdesk and either not get a reply or be rudely told “we get 400 mails a day and we cannot read all of them”. They then said it would take 1 MONTH (!!!) to process the voucher and 1 month later, surprise surprise, they had no trace of my order. I bought the voucher in May and till December despite about 5 calls and 5 emails, I was unable to get a booking. My friends had similar experiences as well. The only saving grace was that they were able to provide me with a refund, and that too after head office called me, who in fairness where much more professional than the customer care monkeys…
