A stone’s throw from Victoria Station in Pimlico, this boutique hair salon opened in 1995 and has had a steady stream of happy head leaving ever since! Hive London have a reputation for capturing an individual’s style and using only the best in professional hair care your look will stay put long after you’ve left the salon.
OUR VERDICT/REVIEW:
First time we have seen a hair cut deal for men! Normally the ones we see are for women. Although I am sure they would have allowed a man to use the voucher for a woman’s haircut though, but I’m not sure in this case if the other way round would work!
This men’s wash, cut, and finish deal is rather cheap at £9, which is the price you would expect to pay normally at a lower-end barber shop or hairdressers. Here, it seems like you’ll be getting the haircut from Hive Boutique’s “style director”, which implies someone more senior at the hair salon. This is of course much better than getting a trainee hairdresser.
There’s nothing that I can see to indicate the quality of Hive Boutique and what end of the market they normally target. They are quite well located, close to Victoria station, maybe making a haircut on the way home (if you transit through Victoria station) a great idea. The voucher is valid at any time 7 days a week, although advanced booking is required.
Good deal if you live or pass through Victoria, otherwise its a bit of going out of your way to get a cheap haircut.
