For just £22 you and a friend can head to the Shaftesbury Arms Kitchen in Richmond and enjoy a fresh seafood platter and two summer cocktails. The Shaftesbury Arms Kitchen is located within a traditional pub serving real ale, quality lagers and wines.

OUR VERDICT/REVIEW:
Seafood platter? Where do I sign up!! Decent enough deal for some (hopefully fresh) seafood and cocktails for two, although the fact that the Shaftesbury Arms Kitchen is more like a gastropub means that you shouldn’t have high expectations for either the seafood platter or the cocktails.

I was also extremely excited when I saw the deal at first, as I had automatically assumed that the Shaftesbury in Shaftesbury Arms was related to Shaftesbury Avenue in central London. Sadly, the Shaftesbury Arms Kitchen is located in Richmond – a bit far for me to travel to just for some prawns and cocktails!

But for anyone who lives quite locally, £22 is a good price for a seafood platter and some cocktails.
