Our Verdict: What bollocks! I don’t object to the idea of having a daily detox or diet regimen delivered to your door, as I think it’s a great idea. I use a similar system to get my fruits and nuts, from Graze, which ensures that I balance my diet with some healthy items every week. But charging £65, let alone £148, for 3 days of essentially bottles of smoothies, is just a joke.

Granted, the combinations were probably well thought out and put together, to ensure you have a really good balance of the different nutrients, calories, and vitamins. But £65 for 6 bottles of smoothies and a soup or two? For a bit of effort on your side in coming up with a combo, you can get something equivalent from Waitrose, M&S, or Tescos for slightly over a tenner.

Still, they do throw in a “10 minute nutrition consultation”, which no doubt will the extremely generic “eat five portions of fruit & veg a day”, as real nutrition consultation will require getting a full history of yourself and your current diet to make any meaningful personalized recommendations.
This is a prime example of a case where the business is all hype and no substance, and I would love to be proved wrong by Nosh Detox. Extremely cold deal, in my opinion!
