Our nutritional assessment at the start is to identify any allergies or food likes and dislikes, plus to assess a client’s status of general health. We have a fully qualified nutritionist on board to talk through any requests further, plus I personally offer consultations with clients.

As well as the Nosh Juice Fast, we also offer food and juice combinations such as the ABC plan and Weekend Detox. We have a sole Food Plan, which is a menu of healthy meals to maintain general well-being. So we have something more to offer clients who want to continue to sustain this lifestyle change.
