Parkour, or freerunning, is the brilliant urban sport that trains you to run, roll, vault, climb or jump over, under, or around any obstacle that blocks your way in the concrete jungle (kind of like Spiderman without the webby stuff) — and the company’s band of elite instructors will aim to help improve your balance, strength, all-round fitness, and spatial awareness.

OUR VERDICT/REVIEW:
The daily deal sites are full of interesting deals today, and this one for parkour lessons is no different. Parkour is this amazing cool outdoor sport about conquering your urban surroundings, making full use of walls, pipes, and anything else to grip while semi-defying gravity while getting from place to place.

There’s two options here from the Parkour Generations company – outdoor classes, and indoor classes. Its odd that there is a price difference – and that the outdoor ones are much shorter than the indoor parkour classes. But why? Who knows.

What I do know is that £8 for three taster Parkour lessons is pretty cheap, and if you’ve ever been fascinated by parkour but just didn’t know where to start, this is a good opportunity to test if you have what it takes, and if it really does interest you.
